Tucson firm named in Financial Times list

In its inaugural 2014 list, the Financial Times has named Tucson-based TCI Wealth Advisors, Inc. among the Top 300 Registered Investment Adviser firms in the United States.

The Financial Times considered more than 2,000 Registered Investment Advisor firms with more than $300 million assets under management. The firms were evaluated on six factors: assets under management, asset growth, the firm’s years in existence, industry certifications, SEC compliance record and online accessibility.

TCI Wealth Advisors, Inc. is an independent, fee-only wealth advisory firm headquartered in Tucson and with offices in Scottsdale, Flagstaff, Reno/Tahoe,Santa Fe, Denver and Santa Monica, which has $1.6 billion in assets under management.

No fee was paid to the Financial Times in exchange for inclusion in the list, the company said in a news release.
