Oliver Cordova Santoyo, 26, of Nogales, Sonora, was arrested March 24, 2013, and faces prosecution on drug charges after U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents at the Dennis DeConcini Port in Nogales found more than 12 pounds of meth in the floorboard between the seats of his Chevrolet truck. Agents found the 10 packets of crystal meth, worth $194,000, after a CBP narcotics detection canine alerted to the presence of drugs.
