as foundations are complete for the new $14 million, 32-unit luxury

sustainable townhome community, The Roosevelt. Set two blocks from the

progressive urban hotspot of Mill Avenue in Downtown Tempe, Arizona, at

233 S. Roosevelt, the townhomes will showcase 2-bedroom, 2-1/2-bath
