Sales

• Rillito Marketplace One LLC of San Francisco bought commercial property at 4206 N. First Ave. for $16.9 million, cash. The seller was Continental Tucson 61 LLC of Menomonee Falls, Wis.

• Lennar Arizona Inc. of Tucson bought vacant lots in Mountain Vail Estates in Vail from MC 140 LLC of Tucson. The sale price was $1.9 million, cash.

• Maracay 91 LLC of Scottsdale bought vacant land in Tangerine Crossings for $1.5 million, cash. The seller was MFV-FC Portfolio LLC of Charlotte, N.C.

• Vail Christian Church of Tucson bought approximately 10 acres of land at 9455 and 9485 E. Valencia Road for $725,000 from the Mission Investment Fund of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America of Chicago.

Leases

• Preferred Packaging & Crating Inc. leased 20,000 square feet at 845 E. Ohio, Suites 111 and 113, from Ashland Group. Brandon Rodgers, Stephen D. Cohen and Russell W. Hall, with Picor Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the landlord, and Rob Glaser, also with Picor, represented the tenant.

• Better Way Cabinets and Granite LLC leased 5,699 square feet at 420 E. Aviation Drive, Suite 100, from Rich Rodgers Investment Inc. Brandon Rodgers of Picor Commercial Real Estate Services handled the transaction.

• Saguaro Physicians LLC leased 4,986 square feet at 1396 N. Wilmot Road from TMC Holdings Inc. Tom Knox and Rick Kleiner of Picor Commercial Real Estate Services brokered the lease.

• Roly's Clothing leased 3,300 square feet at 1639 W. Grant Road from Rich Rodgers Investment Inc. Brandon Rodgers of Picor Commercial Real Estate Services handled the transaction.

• Lawrence Sherrill leased 11,821 square feet at 420 E. Aviation Drive, Suite 130, from Rich Rodgers Investment Inc. Brandon Rodgers of Picor Commercial Real Estate Services handled the transaction.

• Centennial Contractors Enterprises Inc. leased 2,400 square feet at 1801 S. Alvernon Way, Suites 101 and 102, from Presson Midpoint LLC. Rob Glaser and Paul Hooker of Picor Commercial Real Estate Services handled the transaction.

• The Village Salon leased 2,119 square feet in Broadway Village, 120 S. Country Club Road. Commercial Retail Advisors LLC represented the landlord, CRI Broadway Village Partners LLC.

• La Fashionista leased 1,485 square feet at 45 S. Sixth Ave. from Rich Rodgers Investment Inc. Brandon Rodgers of Picor Commercial Real Estate Services handled the transaction.

• Green Valley Robin's Nest leased 1,307 square feet at 18805 S. I-10 Frontage Road in Sahuarita from Duval & I-19 LLC. Greg Furrier of Picor Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord.

• Cutter Grinder Service leased 1,200 square feet at 1870 W. Prince Road, Suite 55, from Presson Corp. Rob Glaser and Paul Hooker of Picor Commercial Real Estate Services handled the transaction.
