Four Tucson eateries failed health inspections but passed follow-up inspections in May.

They were: Rigo's Mexican Restaurant, 2527 S. Fourth Ave.; Taqueria Pico de Gallo, 2618 S. Sixth Ave.; Sgt. Pepperoni's Pizza, 2860 W. Ina Road; and Que Taco, 1104 S. Wilmot Road.
