Gas prices keep falling
in Arizona, nation

Gasoline prices kept slipping this week in Arizona and nationally, according to the latest figures from AAA Arizona.

The price of a gallon of regular gas in Arizona dropped almost 3 cents to $3.48 on Thursday, while the national average fell just shy of a half-cent in a week to $3.47.

Tucson had the state’s lowest average gas price, at $3.33 per gallon on Thursday, while Flagstaff had the highest at $3.73.

Low crude-oil prices and steady fuel supplies have kept prices down, AAA said.
