Ghini's French Cafe chef/owner Coralie Satta is introducing a few new items to her Friday Night Bistro menu this week, including roasted beef marrow served with tender baby greens; beer-braised roast beef sitting atop pane crustito dressed with grilled onions and parmesan, and lemon garlic shrimp and grits splashed with white wine.

Also this week, she is rolling out a new breakfast menu that includes the Forestier omelette made with fresh baby spinach, mushroom, garlic and feta. Breakfast offerings include classic French fare in the the classic croque monsieur grilled sandwich made with or without a sunny side fried egg on top, and French toast with Nutella and whipped cream or hot buttered apple rum. Breakfast runs about $9 and dinner entrees run $10 to $13.9 breakfast, 10-13

Ghini’s, 1803 E. Prince Road, is open from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays and Tuesdays through Thursdays, and from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sundays. On Fridays, it opens at 6:30 and closes at 9 p.m.; dinner is served from 3 to 9 p.m. Fridays.
