El Conquistador renovations continue

The Hilton Tucson El Conquistador Golf and Tennis Resort says it is entering a new phase in a multimillion-dollar renovation across the property.

Renovations that started last fall included a redesigned main pool, offering new poolside cabanas; a larger pool deck with additional sunning areas and several outdoor fire pits; and new outdoor courtyards.

This spring, the hotel said, renovations will begin on the resort’s 428 guest rooms, lobby interiors and lobby bar. In coming months, new wildlife programming, unique garden concepts and a formal adventure and activity program will be announced. All renovations will be complete by the spring of 2017, the hotel said.
