Gas prices keep falling; crude oil stays low

Gas prices keep falling in Ariona and nationally as crude oil prices stay low, according to AAA Arizona.

The price of a gallon of gas in Arizona dropped more than 2 cents to $3.51 on Thursday, while the national average fell more than 4 cents to $3.48 per gallon.

Tucson had the state’s lowest average price at $3.35 per gallon on Thursday, while Flagstaff had the state’s highest price at $3.77.

Park Place ‘A-Store’ completes short move

The A-Store, an extension of University of Arizona Bookstores, is celebrating its grand reopening after moving three doors down from its former location in the west wing of Park Place mall, 5870 E. Broadway.

Grand-opening specials will be offered through Sunday, and a discount of 25 percent off select styles of UA clothing will be in effect Saturday.
