Potential franchisees invited to Togo's seminar

Togo's, a California sandwich shop company, is looking to expand into Tucson.

The company is holding a seminar for potential franchisees at 1 p.m. May 10 at the Doubletree Hotel, 455 S. Alvernon Way.

Togo's has about 250 franchises and three Maricopa County shops in the works, with one to open in Gilbert this summer.

The estimated initial investment to own a Togo's is between $264,000 and $414,500 with a franchisee fee of $21,000 to $30,000, the company said in a news release. For more information, go to www.togosfranchise.com/arizona

Recruiting, staffing firm holds grand opening

Employment Plus Inc. a staffing, recruiting and "HR solutions firm," held a grand opening Wednesday for its new Tucson location, 7070 N. Oracle Road, Suite 220.

The Bloomington, Ind.-based firm has more than 100 locations throughout the United States. Its regional manager is Nicki Tanner.
