• MCS711 College Town Tucson LLC of Phoenix bought apartments at 1300 E. Fort Lowell Road for $10.5 million. The seller was College Town Tucson LLC of Phoenix.

• Veranda at Ventana Investments of Nashville bought condominiums at 5751 N. Kolb Road for $7.6 million from Montecito Ventana LLC of Corona, Calif.

• Maracay 91 LLC of Scottsdale bought 68 lots in Rancho del Cobre, near Tangerine Road and La Cholla Boulevard in Oro Valley, for $4.2 million, cash. The seller was La Cholla Tangerine LLC of Tucson.

• Los Arboles Community #2 LLC of Tucson bought a mobile home park at 17200 S. Villita Road in Sahuarita for $3.2 million. The seller was Los Arboles Community LLC of Tucson.

• FLSmidth Krebs Inc. of Tucson bought commercial property at 7740 N. Business Park Drive for $2.3 million, cash. The seller was PDM Real Estate Investment LLC of Tucson.

• Johnson Trust Investment LLC of Austin bought commercial property at 4151 E. Michigan St. from JH Associates LLC of Whitehall, Mont., for $2.5 million, cash.

• Global Community Communications Alliance of Tubac bought commercial property at 330 E. Seventh St. from Rawmopolis LLC of Tucson for $1.6 million.

• Faith Community Church bought office and warehouse space at 8325 E. Golf Links Road for $1.4 million from Gerald Brown Trust. Ronald Zimmerman of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank handled the sale.

• DRI/CA Park LLC of Chicago bought commercial property at 1025-1031 N. Park Ave. from Park Avenue Stores of Pebble Beach, Calif for $1.3 million.

• Fidelity National Title Agency Inc. of Tucson bought vacant land in Tangerine Crossings, near Tangerine and Thornydale roads, for $1 million, cash. The seller was MFV-FC Portfolio LLC of Charlotte, N.C.

• Equitas Ajo LLC of Hermosa Beach, Calif., bought commercial property at 550 W. Ajo Way from Ten Place LLC of McLean, Va. The price was $655,000.

• Monterey Water Co. of Tucson bought commercial property at 4702 E. Grant Road from Cox Investment Group LLC of Tucson. The sale price was $620,000, cash.

• Scotia JV 2005 LLP of Tucson bought vacant land at Ventana Reserve II, near Sunrise Drive and Kolb Road, for $582,192 from First American Title Co. Trust No. 9305 of Tucson.
