Sales

• Rick Engineering Co. Inc. of Tucson bought commercial property at 3945 E. Fort Lowell Road for $3.5 million from Landmark Title Assurance Agency of Arizona LLC of Tucson.

• North 1st Avenue LLC of Las Vegas bought commercial property at 2876, 2886, 2902 and 2904 N. First Avenue for $1.2 million, cash. The seller was The Wright-Oracle LLC of Tucson.

• E&S Irving LLC of Tucson bought commercial property at 1905 W. Grant Road from Jack Shettlesworth of Tucson. The sale price was $575,000, cash.

• The Dale and Sarah Revocable Trust of Tucson bought residential property at 11560 E. Lustiano Place for $520,000, cash. The seller was The Robert L. Morton and Collette K. Morton Trust of Broomfield, Colo.

• Billy D. Gibson of Tucson bought commercial property at 2474 N. Flowing Wells Road for $425,000. The seller was Blue Jaguar Property Investment LLC of Tucson. Ron Zimmerman of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank brokered the deal with Keller Williams Realty.

Leases

• El Rio Community Health Centers leased 4,600 square feet at 210 W. Fifth St., Suites 4 and 6, from Rich Rodgers Investment Inc. Brandon Rodgers of Picor Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord. James Hardman of Desco Southwest represented the tenant.

• Strongpoint LLC leased 4,000 square feet at 616 N. Country Club Road from Siegund Properties LLC. Tari Auletta and Jesse Blum of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the landlord. Bruce A. Suppes and John Ash of CBRE represented the tenant.

• Leslie's Poolmart Inc. leased 2,894 square feet at 8295 N. Cortaro Road, Suites 101 and 107, from AP Shoppes LLC. The lease was brokered by Picor Commercial Real Estate Services and Wexler & Associates LLC.

• Oro Valley Hospital LLC of Tucson has leased 3,844 square feet at 10370 N. La Cañada Drive in Oro Valley. Jayme Fabe of CBRE represented the landlord, Americanada LLC of Farmington Hills, Mich.

• Crossroads Community Baptist Church leased 2,424 square feet at 3855 S. Evans Blvd, Suite 405, from Ajo/Evans Business Park LLC. Jeff Zellet of Picor represented the landlord.

• Lawless Creation LLC leased 2,080 square feet at 2044 E. 14th St. from Rich Rodgers Investment Inc. Brandon Rodgers of Picor handled the transaction.

• Austin Electric Services leased 2,000 square feet at 2112 N. Dragoon St., Suites 1 and 2, from Rich Rodgers Investment Inc. Brandon Rodgers of Picor handled the transaction.

• Las Brasas leased 1,420 square feet at 2928-2930 E. 22nd St. from Rich Rodgers Investment Inc. Brandon Rodgers of Picor handled the transaction.

• D's Island Grill Ja. leased 1,300 square feet at 3156 E. Fort Lowell Road from Glover Associates LP. Gordon Wagner of Coldwell Banker Commercial Group handled the transaction.

• Royalty Renovations LLC leased 1,185 square feet at 1646 S. Research Loop, Suite 130, from Eastside Center LLC. Dave Gallaher of Tucson Industrial Realty represented the landlord.

• Long Tail Treasures LLC leased 1,021 square feet at 1634 S. Research Loop, Suite 110, from Eastside Center LLC. Dave Gallaher of Tucson Industrial Realty represented the landlord. Jean Barclay of Oxford Realty Advisors represented the tenant.
