• Acana Capital USA Inc. of Surrey, British Columbia, Canada, bought commercial property at 5575 S. Houghton Road for $2.3 million. The seller was Janda Group LLC of Surrey, B.C.
• Sundown Builders Inc. of Tucson sold residential property at 3199 E. Corte de Andalucia for $1 million cash. The buyer was TK63 LLC of Windemere, Fla.
• ParMerica leased 10,686 square feet at 3700 E. Columbia St., Suite 100, from Holualoa Columbia Industrial LLC. Rob Glaser of Picor Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord. Michael England of Cresa Dallas represented the tenant.
• Tucson-based Health Information Network of Arizona leased 3,004 square feet at New World Plaza, 5055 E. Broadway. Jeff Casper of CBRE represented the tenant. The landlord, Pacific International Income Properties of Tucson, was represented by David Montijo, also of CBRE.
• Rafael Furniture leased 3,025 square feet at 750 E. 46th St. from Rich Rodgers Investment Inc. Brandon Rodgers of Picor Commercial Real Estate Services handled the transaction.
• Royalty Renovations LLC leased 1,185 square feet at 1646 S. Research Loop, No. 130, from Eastside Center LLC. Dave Gallaher of Tucson Industrial Realty represented the landlord.
