Tucson Business Interiors Inc. bought 21,500 square feet of industrial space at 990 S. Cherry Ave. from SAK Properties LLC for $530,000. Russell W. Hall and Stephen D. Cohen of Picor represented the buyer, and Tim Healy with CBRE represented the seller.


Western Web leased 12,052 square feet at 2106 N. Forbes Blvd. from MRI Saddlehorn Investment Fund II LLC. Rob Glaser with Picor represented the landlord.

Randall Barnes and Craig Nochumson have leased 1,200 square feet at 6979 E. Broadway for a financial services office. David Hammack of Volk Company Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant. The Landlord is Koepke Market Place LLC.

Ramon Ross and Laura Iriqui leased 5,370 square feet at 4601 S. Seventh Ave. from CT Industrial LLC. Ron Zimmerman of Picor represented the landlord.

Funland Express Party Rentals leased 3,600 square feet at 1639 W. Grant Road from Rich Rodgers Investment Inc. Brandon Rodgers of Picor represented the landlord.

Little Caesar Enterprises, Inc. signed a lease for 1,494 square feet at 3901 E. Grant Road, Suite 131,  in Northgate Plaza at the northeast corner of Grant Road and Alvernon Way. Commercial Retail Advisors LLC represented the landlord, TNP SRT Portfolio I LLC, and Jim Mitchell of Retail Advisors Southwest represented the tenant.
