OCG LLC, doing business as Chuy’s Mesquite Broiler, leased a 5,500-square-foot free-standing restaurant building at 7585 S. Houghton Road.

Pete Villaescusa and Jesse Peron of CBRE Inc. represented the landlord, Harco Properties LLC of Phoenix, in negotiating the five-year lease. David Dutson, also of CBRE Inc., represented the tenant.

Chuy’s plans to open at its new location in July 2012.

Also: JB Restaurants IV LLC leased a 3,000-square-foot free-standing retail building at 16639 N. Oracle Road in Catalina, where it plans to open a Jerry Bob’s restaurant in September.
