The new Topgolf entertainment center opening in Marana later this year will create 325 new full- and part-time jobs. 

Construction on the 53,000-square-foot venue, located off of Orange Grove and Interstate 10, starts this month.

The new three-level venue will feature 72 climate-controlled hitting bays that can host up to six players at one time. Topgolf centers also feature full-service restaurants and bars, game rooms, private event spaces, and meeting rooms.

"Anchored by the University of Arizona, Tucson is a young, vibrant community with continuing job growth," said Topgolf Director of Real Estate Development Devin Charhon. "The success of our current Arizona locations in Scottsdale and Gilbert have paved the way for Topgolf to expand to Tucson. We couldn't be more excited to continue our growth in the state."

Topgolf estimates it will serve approximately 300,000 visitors in its first year of operation.
