Butterflies at Ventana Canyon Resort

Butterflies gather on flowers in the new 1,500-square-foot butterfly garden at Loews Ventana Canyon on Tuesday, August 27, 2013 in Tucson, AZ. The resort this week is opening two new exhibits aimed at putting some colorful wonders of the Sonoran Desert on display for its guests. It has been certified as a national butterfly garden by the National Butterfly Association. The garden features exhibits detailing the lifecycle of butterflies.
