Flower, who was fostered with Amazing Aussies Lethal White Rescue of Arizona, landed her forever home. This weekend, the blind and deaf pup moved in with a family whose two young daughters were plotting to rename her for one of the sisters in "Frozen."

She had become a regular in Caliente's Adopt A Friend in recent weeks.

Now it's Gunther's turn. Look for him in Caliente on Thursday — along with 18 other wonderful animals in the care of nonprofit rescue groups and shelters throughout Tucson.

Gunther — Catahoula

Age: Six months.

Qualities: This lovable boy is deaf and learning hand signals. He's playful and gets along well with other dogs. He'll probably weigh about 70 pounds full grown.

Need: Deaf but vision is fine.

Fee: $225.

Contact: travis@amazingaussies.com

Meet: 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Aug. 2 at Bookmans, 6230 E. Speedway.
