Agustín Brasserie, the French bistro in the Mercado San Agustín just west of downtown, has extended its summer vacation into early fall.

The restaurant, 100 S. Avenida del Convento, closed June 1 and the owners said at the time that they would reopen Aug. 1.

A sign posted on their door said they will reopen Oct. 1.

Its hours then, according to the note, will be from 4 to close Thursdays through Saturdays and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sundays for brunch.
