Epazote Kitchen & Cocktails at the Hilton Tucson El Conquistador resort is celebrating its first anniversary with a special $30 tasting menu.
The Chef’s Tasting Menu & Cocktail Flight highlights Arizona flavors in Chef de Cuisine Jonathan Kupper’s inventive dishes including the Grand Canyon Ale braised lamb shank and a savory roasted squash with quinoa, pepitas and Crow’s Daily herbed goat cheese.
