The Good Egg is getting into the Halloween spirit.

Through the month of October, the Good Egg, with five Tucson locations, is dishing up Trick or Treat Pancakes. Check out the bounce-off-the-wall sugar content of these bad boys: Peanut butter chips and nutella caramel inside, whipped cream and candy corns outside. It's $7 for an order, and apparently it's a hit with kids and adults who are kids at heart — and taste buds — tho time of year.

At lunch, the restaurant has created a Frankenstein chicken sandwich with a grilled chicken patty slathered with guacamole, green chilies and pepper jack cheese served on a Texas sweet roll. It's $9.50 with a side.

The Good Egg, an Arizona chain, is at 10565 N. Oracle Road in Oro Valley, 5055 N. Oracle at West River Road; 4755 E. Grant Road; 7189 E. Speedway; and 5350 E. Broadway. They are open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
