Ten Fifty-Five Brewing Co. has only been open five months, but already has plans to expand its taproom.

The craft brewery, in an industrial park at 3810 E. 44th St., has leased the space next door. Once they’ve finished expanding, the new taproom will be three to four times as big as it is now, said Chris Squires, who runs the brewery with business partner John Paul Vyborny.

The current taproom is open 2-7 p.m. Saturdays, but it can only fit about 15-20 people, Squires said.

The new space should be ready by September.
