Nogales, Ariz., subbed in for Tijuana, Mexico, in the final installment of the "Hangover" franchise, which opens next Thursday.

For a few glorious days last October, the town's main shopping strip on North Morley Avenue was filled with lights, cameras and movie stars. Town residents as well as Tucsonans and folks from Phoenix were employed as extras. Nogales's Mayor Arturo Garino and his wife Cathy also got a shot in "The Hangover 3," playing lawyers talking with their client on the jailhouse steps as the Wolfpack's limo pulls up.

The movie opens nationwide next Thursday and Nogales's Oasis Cinema is planning a special premier screening for the town next Friday. Check out next Thursday's Caliente for a look at how Nogales embraced Hollywood.
