Zona 78 at 7301 E Tanque Verde Road will turn into a pop up restaurant July 31 and Aug. 1. Doors open at 4 p.m. each day and they will serve dinner until 10 p.m. On Aug. 2, it will return to its casual Italian roots as Zona 78.
