If you own a restaurant that could use a new spark to survive in this troubled economy, the show might be a start. British Chef Robert Irvine sets about with $10,000 and two days to turn a restaurant around. He and his crew of guest consultants, from interior designers to chefs, will pinpoint where you're going wrong and try to fix it in the hopes of turning your business around.
