Chef Ryan Clark, possibly Tucson's most winningest chef with titles of Iron Chef and World's Best Margarita under his belt, is leaving Lodge on the Desert to head up the kitchen at the former Agustin Brasserie.

In a few weeks, Clark, 28, is joining as executive chef and partner with Agusin owners Adam Weinstein and Kira Dixon-Weinstein in a venture to be redubbed Agustin Kitchen. The farm-to-table-centric restaurant could open by early December, Weinstein said.
