The residents of the new student housing complex  won’t have to go far for sushi.

Sushi Station 1 will occupy 3,000 square feet of the project’s 7,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor of the 592-bed student complex, according to Volk Company Commercial Real Estate, which represents property owner Core Campus Tucson.

The Hub, 1011 N. Tyndall Ave., is still under construction. It’s expected to open before the fall semester begins in August.
