It might take a while for Ramon and Linda Gonzales to get their latest food truck venture on the road, but you can sneak a taste tonight at the Marana Food Truck Roundup.

The mother-son team will offer bites of their pork belly lettuce wraps and other items off Tucson Fat Noodle's menu from their dessert food truck, Street Delights, at the Continental Ranch roundup. The roundup, featuring at least 17 Tucson food trucks, is from 5 to 8 p.m. at 9154 N. Coachline Boulevard.

Unfortunately, you won't be able to sample the ramen, which Fat Noodle chef Tucker Hartford said was too difficult to pull off from the Street Delights truck.
