The 27th annual Tucson Folk Festival, featuring music by more than 130 performers across five stages and workshops, continues today from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. at El Presidio Park, downtown.

It's a family friendly event that appeals to fans of acoustic music of all ages. The main stage heats up this evening with Ron Doering, Silver Thread Trio, John Coinman and headliner Sabra Faulk. Secondary stage performers include Diane Van Deurzen & Lisa Otey, the Out of Kilters, Amber Norgaard, Mitzi Cowell, Carnivaleros, Namoli Brennet and Ice-9.

Admission is free.
