Unlike the typical dessert pizza sprinkled dutifully with patriotic berries, the red, white and blue pie at Falora uses Hopi blue corn for a Southwestern take on the margherita pizza. Atop crushed San Marzano tomatoes and sprinkled mozzarella cheese, that splash of blue will add the fireworks-worthy sizzle to the wood-fired pizza.
