Tilted Kilt, the “Celtic-themed” sports pub chain based out of Tempe, is scheduled to open Monday at 250 S. Craycroft Road.

The restaurant will fill the void left behind by the closing of Risky Business. It will feature more than 50 plasma televisions, nine of which will form a video wall, and a variety of signature dishes, including Irish nachos and a pub fried egg burger.

The first Tilted Kilt opened in the Las Vegas Rio Hotel and Casino in 2003. More than 94 locations can now be found throughout the country, including four in the Phoenix area.
