Tucson singer-songwriter Toro Woloshin is adding her voice to the message of peace and tolerance in a new single that urges listeners to check their differences at the door and strive for acceptance.

"I don't think it's right / That we all have to fight / This is not what I asked for," the former "X Factor" contestant sings in "More Than I Asked For," available Oct. 1 at iTunes and CD Baby.

The song has a catchy, infectious melody that delivers a strong message of unity. This is a song you can imagine playing on the radio alongside Macklemore & Ryan Lewis's anthem "Same Love"

It is the latest single for Woloshin, who has been pursuing a pop music career with vigor since her short run with Simon Cowell's "X Factor" talent show in fall 2011.

The new song is posted on Reverbnation along with several other singles she has recorded in the past two years. Click here to give it a listen.
