When Cup Cafe at Hotel Congress does a menu makeover, it really goes all the way. Not only did the eatery update and add entrees, it changed the look of its menu, too.

The Cup, which is open daily, added several new bites ranging from Thai Fisherman's Stew, which features a mix of seafood and veggies in a green curry broth, to a Cubano sandwich with braised pork on a roll with Gruyere, caramelized onions and jalapeno. Some classics, like the Gila Monster (Southwest-style meatloaf), have also been freshened up.

The menu's old drawings have been replaced by a smirking John Dillinger, drawn by local artist and Hotel Congress' in-house designer Hunter King.
