CBS’ “Face the Nation,” 8:30 a.m., Channel 13, Comcast Channel 7 — Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C.; Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti; Richard Williams, father of tennis players Serena and Venus Williams.

CNN’s “State of the Union,” 6 and 9 a.m. — To be announced.
