Fans of the British-American period drama "Downton Abbey" can catch up on the first two seasons in time for the U.S. premiere of Season 3 in January.

The show will air on KUAT Channel 6 at 9 p.m. Sundays beginning this Sunday and continuing through Nov. 11. Season 2 follows Sundays from Dec. 2-30.

In between, KUAT will broadcast a two-hour special "Downton Abbey Revisited" at 8 p.m. Nov. 24 that will include cast interviews, behind-the-scenes footage and a sneak peek at what's in store for the Crawleys as they enter the Roaring Twenties. This also will be the season when we find out how the formidable Dowager Countess (Dame Maggie Smith) will handle the arrival of Lady Grantham's American mother played by Shirley MacLaine.

The U.S. is one season behind in the series.
