Robert Shaw returns to Tucson with his popular "Man in Black: The Music of Johnny Cash" show.

Shaw will perform the show several times this weekend, starting at 7 p.m. tonight at Green Valley's Quail Creek Country Club's Madera Clubhouse, 2055 E. Quail Crossing Blvd. Tickets are $25 in advance at 1-520-393-5822 or at the door by cash or check only.

It moves to Marana's Highlands at Dove Mountain, 4949 W. Heritage Club Blvd., at 7 p.m. Friday. Tickets are $20 and available at the door (cash or check) or by calling 579-9574.

On Saturday, Rhythm and Roots presents the show at the Courtyard at Plaza Palomino, 2970 N. Swan Road, beginning at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $20 in advance at rhythmandroots.org or $25 day of show. Details: 990-8134.

Shaw, Tucson's pre-eminent Cash tribute artist, will survey the country singer's 50-year career, hitting the highlights of his early days - "Folsom Prison Blues" and "I Walk the Line" - to later hits including "Ring of Fire," "A Boy Named Sue" and "Ghost Riders in the Sky."

In addition to Cash, Shaw and his Lonely Street Band tip their hats to Elvis and Bobby Darin with shows presented by his Lonely Street Productions. In June, he will perform a country gospel show starring the Presidio Boys.
