Viewers will be treated to a sneak preview of two 15-minute programs airing under this edgy new late-night block, starting with "Axe Cop." It's the tale of an insomniac superhero (voiced by Nick Offerman) who gets just two minutes of sleep a night and eats only birthday cake. It's followed by "High School USA!" in which Mandy Moore and Vincent Kartheiser supply the voices of perky students. 8:30 p.m. Sunday, Fox. (Animation Domination HIGH-DEF officially premieres July 27).

On “Drop Dead Diva,” Jane (Brooke Elliott) represents a star basketball player. For his sake, let’s hope she’s got game. 9 p.m., Lifetime.
