When I retired from the Air Force as the Superintendent of the Flight Surgeon's office here at Davis/Monthan Air Force Base, I was already active in Real Estate. Not long after, my wife Jacque and I bought our company and, for the past 30 years we have sold Tucson to many people.

One of my biggest pet peeves is the fact that many people do not return phone calls. I can promise that you will hear from me usually the day you call and often within an hour or so. Generally I answer my phone and will arrange to speak with you a little later if I am with a customer.

If you want someone who is a professional full time Realtor...

I am a graduate from the Realtor Institute (GRI) and also hold a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. I have attained the e-Pro designation as well and have taken many classes in accounting and finance which allows me to be of more help to my clients.

Working with first time buyers is really fun for me. It takes me back to the first home we bought (which was here in Tucson) and the many questions we had. I often find myself talking with the parents of a young couple as well, and it makes my job so much easier when my clients truly understand what the buying and selling processes are all about.

I am where the buck stops in my business. I do have a team but I am the one you will see. My team consists of my wife Jacque who handles the front office and often will be the nice voice you will hear when you call. Additionally our son David works very closely with me. He is our computer guru. He takes care of the all our computer needs as well as working with his own buyers and sellers. When it's family, we feel there is more care taken.
