Passed away into the arms of Jesus on April 9, 2013. Born March 29, 1935 on the 3rd floor of a stone farmhouse in Lancaster County, PA. His parents, Crystal and John Shaub, preceded him in death. Clarence was blessed with 58 wonderful years with his loving wife and sweetheart, Doris. He is survived by his brother, Fred Shaub of Corvallis, OR; four wonderful children, Ben (Deborah) Shaub, Beth (Mark) Yarbro, Barry (Amanda) Shaub and Bonnie (Alan) Helms; Pop-Pop was blessed with nine grandchildren, Crystal, Tytian, Chris, Holly, Ashley, Kelly, Stephanie, Kyle and Barbara; eight great-grandchildren. Clarence, Doris and their four children moved from PA to Tucson in 1963. Vacation time was spent camping and fishing in the White Mountains. A veteran of the United States Air Force, he proudly served his country during the Korean War. He worked for Monroe Calculator Company for 35 years. His love of square and round dancing kept Clarence and Doris active and gave them long lasting friends. He will be remembered for his devotion to his family, his warm smile, and his enjoyment of good music and fast cars. Memorial Services will be held on Sunday, May 19, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Casas Baptist Church, 10801 N. La Cholla Blvd., Oro Valley, AZ. Arrangements by ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Avalon Chapel.
