Left this world on April 23, 2013 to enter a new beginning after a valiant struggle with cancer. He lived a life of service. He cared about justice of which was reflected in his work and relationships. As a husband, he taught love through his example. As a father, he loved his children deeply. He was a seeker of truth. Life was David's teacher and learning was of high importance to him. A high achiever, he was on the Deans list of superior students at Northwestern University Law School. He was an honor student at the Univ. of WI-Madison in Applied Mathematics and Engineering physics; later, American Institutions: His law practice was in Chicago and Arizona in which he Co-founded Chicago Association of Immigration and Nationality Lawyers. He was recognized as an immigration expert by a judge of Cook County, IL Superior Court. As a Co-founder of Northwestern University Young Alumni Council, he brought educational seminars to the general Evanston-Chicago community. His practice included Estate Planning. Trusts and Wills, Estate Administrative Law matters, Civil and Criminal Appellate cases, Family Law (including immigration and adoptions), corporate law, etc. also, serving as a Judge to the White Mountain Apache tribe. Teaching at the University level, he also realized a long time dream which was to teach middle school. Most importantly, he taught children to believe in themselves. A Jack of all Trades, he was the Director of a National Public Relations firm. He traveled the world spreading his love globally. His blessed imprint lives on in our hearts. Because of him, we will honor the smallest of life's beings as he has done. God keep him in the palms of your hands ever close to your sacred heart. He is made in your image; Love. David is survived by his wife, Sinead; sons, Marty (Elli) and Jay (Nancy); five grandsons, Eric, Jordan, Lucas, Ben and Alex. A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 22, 2013, at St. Thomas More Catholic Newman Center, 1615 East 2nd St., Tucson, AZ.
