Emma Frances (Miller) Waller

Long time Tucson resident, passed away on March 20, 2013, at the age of 92. Born October 30, 1920 in Greenville, Alabama to Charles T. and Maude (Watson) Miller. Preceded in death by her husband, William Waller III and sister, Bobbie Jean. Survived by her brother, Charles; sisters, Wynnette and Brada; stepson, Bill; daughters, Martha (Dave), Maude and Mary Louise; four grandchildren and two great-grandsons. This gentle southern girl was a true "Steel Magnolia" who profoundly influenced many lives. Dearly loved and deeply missed, her light still shines in our hearts. Our sincere gratitude goes to Mary Luopa and others at Home Instead, and the staff at Casa de la Luz, for helping us to fill her last days with love and dignity. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at Rincon Congregational Church, 122 N. Craycroft. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Casa de la Luz Foundation. Arrangements by ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Avalon Chapel.
