A wonderful husband, dad, papa, brother, son and friend. A great caring and compassionate man to all. Born in Eau Claire, WI and spent a wonderful childhood in Menomonie, WI. Kevin came to Tucson after serving in Viet Nam and was transferred to DM. After discharge from the Air Force, Kevin and his brother, Charlie opened and operated Wahl Bros Truck Salvage. He met Debi in 1983 and they were married in 1985. Together along with family and friends, they experienced many adventures. Camping and boating at Apache Lake (one of Kevin's most beloved areas in AZ), sand duning in Glamis and Gordon Wells, riding his Harley throughout the US including several trips to Sturgis, SD. He loved the White Mountains and made numerous trips there. Kevin could also be found on frequent occasions in Rocky Point, Mexico. He was instantly recognized by his trademark mustache, even as far away as the Virgin Islands. Kevin retired and sold Wahl Bros in 2006. He continued to live a full, adventurous, and loving life until his untimely death. He was preceded in death by his mom, Dorothy and dad, Harold. Survived by his wife and best friend, Debi; sons, Ryan (Nikki), Terry (Amy); daughter, Stephanie (Jason Booher); grandchildren, Anthony, Ivy, Emily, Kaitlyn and Logan, along with siblings and numerous friends. A Celebration of Kevin's life will be held at El Molinito Restaurant courtyard (SW corner of Pantano and Wrightstown, parking in the rear of restaurant) on Saturday, March 30, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. Please come to this casual affair to eat some great food and share your memories. Kevin will be missed by all. Arrangements by HUDGEL'S SWAN FUNERAL HOME.
