Renato C. and Amalia Rojas

Renato was born in Duquesne, Arizona February 8, 1919, and passed away October 1, 2013. He was a lifelong resident of Ambos, Nogales. Renato was preceded in death by his wife, Amalia Siquieros Rojas in 2006 and his parents, Roberto and Rita Rojas. His siblings were Roberto, Raul, Rogelio, Yolanda and Bertha. Renato is survived by his five children, Carmen (Kirk) Wingrove, Robert (Isela) Rojas, Renato (Lupita) Rojas, Martin (Dinny-Jane) Rojas and Amalia Ramos; 20 grandchildren, Lorenia (Danny) Tellez, Claudia, Michelle, Adann, Ricardo, Aleq, Renato, Selina, Renee, Andre, Anais, Lupita, Anzel, Cristina, Alexa, Aaron, Arik, Ryan, Brandon and Robbi and two great- grandchildren, Anissa and Sofia. Renato loved his family, friends, and fishing. Despite completing the 5th grade, our dad was an avid reader, excellent cook, food enthusiast and proud owner of Lorenia's Drive-In restaurant in Nogales, Sonora. Tata will be remembered as an attentive, generous, kind and loving grandfather. Services will be held at Sacred Heart Church in Nogales, AZ, Saturday, October 5, 2013. Rosary at 9:00 a.m. followed by Mass at 9:30 a.m. Arrangements made by ADAIR'S CARROON MORTUARY. The Rojas family would like to thank the Carondelet Hospice Care staff for their compassionate and tender care of Don Renato.
