Sugar and spice and everything mud

It is a 3.1 mile or 5K (3.1 mile or 5K) mud run that includes 12 obstacles on the course, designed by an former Army Ranger. The course is meant for women of all ages and abilities. The participants are not timed and it is designed to put them out of their comfort zone. A portion, 2.5 percent, of the registration fee is donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NATIONAL BREAST CANCER FOUNDATION).
