I was browsing some data on Pima Community College today and found this chart fascinating. This is a picture of what PCC's revenues look like compared to a group of 30 very similar colleges.

Check out state and local tax revenues for Pima versus its peers. (You can click on the picture to see a larger version.)

And this is for 2009. The state's share has gotten even smaller since then due to deep budget cuts.
