Hundreds turned out yesterday for the first day of a three-day fiesta at Our Mother of Sorrows Parish, 1800 S. Kolb Road, that continues from 4-10 p.m. Saturday and 4-9 p.m. Sunday.

The three-day festival includes a white elephant rummage sale, inflatables for kids, games and prizes, and a raffle with a $2,000 first prize.

The event, in its 35th year, attracts parishioners and non-parishioners alike.

It is free to attend, but bring money for games and food.
