FAME attracted over 2,500 people to the Children's Museum Tucson last year.

Children's Museum Tucson, 200 South Sixth Ave., is hosting a free day of creative and performing arts, music, food and other acitivities from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. October 27.

Family Arts and Music Experience, aka, FAME, attracted over 2,500 kids and families last year. It will feature hands-on activities with local arts organizations like Bens Bells Project, KidzArt, Puppets Amongus, MOCA, The Loft, Fox Tucson Theatre, Young Rembrandts of Tucson, Sonoran Glass School, Tucson Museum of Art and The Drawing Studio.

There will also be health and fitness activities and cultural activities.

Various performances will take place throughout the day starting with Bollywood dancers at 11:30 a.m., Children Carrying the Sound at 12:30 p.m. and strolling magicians ongoing all day.
