Many of us have kids who started spring break as of 3:25 p.m. yesterday.

So, why not kick it off with a free, fun outdoor event that benefits the Catalina Community Food Bank?

Coronado K-8 School, located at 3401 E. Wilds Road, is hosting its 3rd Annual EGGstravaganza from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. today.

The festivities include a jumping castle, food, an Easter egg hunt, games, drawings and live music.

The event is free, but they are collecting canned goods for the food bank.
