Pima County's Southeast Clay Target Center, 11295 S. Harrison Road, is hosting a free introduction to clay shooting workshop for women at 2 p.m. February 8.

Shotguns, ammunition, eye and ear protection and targets will be provided at no charge. Professional instruction on shotgun shooting will be given at this free event. 

The class is being offered by the Arizona Game and Fish Department, Pima County Natural Resources, Parks and Recreation, Arizona State Rifle & Pistol Association and NRA Sports. 

Pre-registration is required. Those interested should email Mike Rogers, Arizona Game and Fish Department at DesertRoses@azgfd.gov, or call him at 1-602-909-7817.
