The Pima County Community Land Trust is holding an information session on an affordable home ownership program at 6 p.m. August 20.

The program can help you buy a home for $1,500 out of pocket, even if you only earn half the area median income. Financial assistance can reduce your mortgage to 80 percent of the home's appraised value and contain your monthly housing costs to 35 percent less of your monthly gross income.

The session will be held at the Pima County Housing Center, 801 W. Congress Street.

To reserve a seat, call Deborah Corral at 624-2947, ext. 109. Click here for more information.
